BUSINESS TRAINING

Lifelong learning, that is, the training of adults once the “study period” is over, is a complex issue that can be examined from many points of view: objectives, contents, modalities, recipients, and others. But it is certain that it represents a long-term investment that companies and people make on a personal and collective level to improve the level of qualification, competitiveness and adaptability to technological and organizational changes.

One of the areas in which the educational deficiencies of traditional formal education are clearly manifested, at all levels, is that of “soft skills”, those job-related skills that are necessary to face complex problems, to manage teams, to take decisions in difficult or stressful situations, to understand the weak signs of change.

The moments dedicated to training, however, require a predisposition to receive, absorb, and process external inputs that can be fostered not only by the context in which it takes place but also by the total participation of the person in the training process, with the “mind” and the “heart”.

For this reason, Anidra believes that its methodology and the training proposals it offers through ICARO are particularly suitable for companies of any size, which want to overcome the challenges of the market thanks to the quality of their staff.

BASIC PROPOSALS

In order to offer training proposals suitable for the needs and availability of resources, but especially time, of companies, ICARO has developed “short” seminars, arranged at week-ends, about the topics of greatest interest for today’s businesses, proposed at company or B2B level.

These seminars are repeated periodically and can be attended in sequence or developed later in ad hoc training courses.
